Metropolitan Hospitality Management

Position: Night Auditor     |    Type: Full-Time     |    Department: Front Office

Schedule: Overnight Shifts — Includes Weekends & Holidays

About the Role

The Night Auditor is a unique and critical position that bridges front office operations and financial accountability. Working overnight, this individual is the sole point of contact for guests during the quietest hours of the hotel — and simultaneously responsible for balancing and reconciling the entire day’s financial transactions before the morning team arrives.

This role demands someone who is equally comfortable delivering warm, attentive guest service and working methodically through detailed financial reporting. If you are a self-starter who thrives independently, has a sharp eye for numbers, and takes pride in setting the next day up for success, this is the role for you. Experience in both front desk operations and basic accounting or auditing is highly valued.

  • Maintain accurate records of all overnight transactions and communicate any outstanding issues clearly in the shift handover log
