Notre événement Speed-jobbing de Vancouver met en relation les employeurs du Grand Vancouver présentant des opportunités dans les secteurs de la construction, du tourisme et pour des postes de personnel de soutien dans la santé avec des immigrants qualifiés bilingues, souhaitant s’établir de manière permanente sur le marché local de l’emploi.

Pourquoi participer à notre Speed-Jobbing ?

• GAGNEZ DU TEMPS : Nous programmons les entretiens sur la base de vos compétences et de la pertinence de votre profil avec les différentes offres d’emploi.
• DÉMARQUEZ-VOUS : Préparez votre discours et soyez prêt pour vos entretiens grâce à une formation réservée aux participants du Speed-Jobbing.
• RÉSEAUTEZ AVEC LES RECRUTEURS : postulez à des offres que vous avez repéré chez les entreprises participantes et tirez avantage de cet événement pour vous mettre en avant.

Le Speed-Jobbing : Comment ça marche ?

Inscription : Un dépôt de 10$ par participant est demandé à tous les candidats. Les frais seront payables sur Eventbrite et remboursés sur participation à l’événement.

Confirmation d’inscription : Suite à votre inscription sur Eventbrite, vous serez invités à une rencontre avec un de nos agents afin de confirmer votre participation.

Après votre inscription :

48h avant l’événement :

• Accédez gratuitement à une formation personnalisée pour vous préparer au Speed-Jobbing.

24h avant l’événement :

• Recevez l’agenda avec le numéro de la ronde et les noms des entreprises que vous rencontrerez (jusqu’à 5 entreprises).

Le jour du Speed-jobbing :

• Il y aura 12 rondes au total.
• Chaque ronde = 12 minutes, puis 3 minutes pour changer de kiosque selon votre agenda.
• Nous vous donnerons une copie de votre agenda d’entretiens qui vous aura été envoyé à l’accueil, avant le début de l’événement.
• Une salle de réseautage pour les candidats sera disponible, avec notamment des activités de type brise-glace.
• Nous afficherons le temps restant sur une horloge.

Agenda de l’événement :

• 9h30 – Arrivée des participants et enregistrements
• 9h45 – Mot de bienvenue
• 10h00 – Rencontres
• 12h00-12h06 –Pause
• 12h07-13h – Rencontres
• 13h00 – Clôture + réseautage

Our Vancouver’s Speed-Jobbing event connects Greater Vancouver employers with employment opportunities in the construction and tourism industries as well as for support staffs within the health industry, to qualified bilingual immigrants willing to settle permanently in the local job market

Why should you participate?

• SAVE TIME : We schedule interviews based on your skills and the relevance of your profile to the various job offers.
• GET STARTED : Prepare your speech and be ready for your interviews with a training session reserved for Speed-Jobbing participants.
• NETWORK WITH RECRUITERS : Apply for opportunities you have identified with participating companies and take advantage of this event to put yourself forward.

Speed-jobbing: how does it work?

Registration : We require each candidate to pay a $10 deposit on Eventbrite which is refundable upon participation in the event.

Registration confirmation : Following your registration on Eventbrite, you will be invited to a short interview with one of our agents to confirm your participation in the event.

All non-eligible candidates who paid the registration fee will be reimbursed.

After registering:

• 48h prior to the event :
• Get access to a custom training session to prepare for the Speed-jobbing
• 24h prior to the event :
• Receive your personal event schedule (matchings with up to 5 recruiters)
• On the Speed-jobbing day:
• There will be 12 rounds in total
• Each round = 12 minutes, then 3 minutes to switch booth based on your agenda
• We will provide a copy of your scheduled appointments when you confirm your attendance the day of the activity
• Candidates can network in a dedicated room, where ice-breaking activities will be held
• We will display the time remaining on a clock.
