This interactive workshop proposes taking the time to explore the different facets of the client relationship: understanding what your clients really expect, better communication, managing delicate situations… and above all, preserving your energy while building a trusting relationship. Thanks to concrete examples, simple tools to adopt, and exchanges between participants, you’ll leave with keys to better manage your clients – with clarity, serenity, and efficiency.
