ASCEND is an innovative online program, free, developed by Canadian professionals and employers. It’s the ideal preparation to help new arrivals succeed in their job search and integration in Canada. It is open to permanent residents in Canada, or approved in principle (and their spouses) and to Convention refugees.

A unique and free format:
- Autonomy: 7 online learning modules, to be completed at your own pace for a total duration of approximately 25 hours, accessible over a period of 7 weeks.
- Interactivity: Readings, but also online learning activities, practical exercises, questionnaires, scenario videos, etc.
- Community: Group activities to exchange, share your experiences with other participants in your cohort and start creating new connections in Canada.
ASCEND program content:

- Permanent residents in Canada, or approved in principle (and their spouses)
