ASCEND is a innovative online program, free, developed by Canadian professionals and employers. It’s the ideal preparation to help new arrivals succeed in their job search and integration in Canada. It is open to permanent residents of Canada, or approved in principle (and their spouses), refugees under the Convention, and temporary Ukrainian residents (and their spouses).

A unique and free format:
- Autonomy: 7 online learning modules, to be completed at your own pace for a total duration of approximately 25 hours, accessible over a 7-week period.
- Interactivity: Readings, but also online learning activities, practical exercises, questionnaires, situational videos, etc.
- Community: Group activities to exchange, share your experiences with other participants in your cohort and start building new connections in Canada.
ASCEND program content:
