About : Nathalie Gonzalez
Nathalie has a rich international and multicultural life experience. She studied, lived, and worked in France, the United States, Spain, the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. In 2012, her family took the challenge of leaving everything behind (job, home, parents, and friends) for new adventures. This will be Vancouver! Starting from scratch with only a few suitcases and two young children is a life experience that can be difficult but irreplaceable. Initially a law and marketing graduate, Nathalie discovered and became passionate about supply chain management since 1999. She built her expertise in procurement in the industrial sector (automotive, energy, electronics) and in the public sector (health, education). She guides suppliers seeking to strengthen their activity in the public sector in British Columbia.
About the Femmes d’Affaires en Mouvement (FAM) group
The Femmes d’Affaires en Mouvement (FAM) group, founded by the SDECB in 2002, is a dynamic community that addresses French-speaking and bilingual women entrepreneurs in British Columbia. Its objective is to support entrepreneurs in achieving their ambitions and to help them overcome common challenges such as access to financing, markets, discrimination, or work-life balance. Through monthly meetings, FAM offers a privileged framework for exchanging with other businesswomen and participating in workshops led by experts on essential topics such as financial management, marketing, communication, and time management. These meetings allow for the development of key skills while promoting networking and mutual support to encourage perseverance and success in business.
